I got a dodgy phone call claiming to be from BT’s security team. The background was quite chaotic, and the chap on the line had a pronounced Asian accent. When I requested a contact number so I could verify their identity, he provided me with a staff ID as well as a number to ring back. Seemed rather fishy, if you ask me!
