How come the police haven't tracked down these to553r5 folks yet? Just trace the cash flow, it's gotta be ending up in someone's bank. They've got a fake 0800 number and even an office location, so it can't be all that tricky to catch them, right?

My mother-in-law, who’s clearly struggling with dementia, got cold called by these lot trying to get her to sign up for some pendant service. They even managed to set up a direct debit before we clocked what was happening. Once we cancelled the payments, they started sending threatening letters. Absolute scumbags. We rang to cancel properly after the letters, but all we got was a recorded message saying they were too busy to answer and to leave a message. Cowards can’t even own up to what they’re doing. Proper vile people.

I got a call from them claiming to offer a pendant for emergencies, but my elderly mum never agreed to it. Next thing I know, there’s a direct debit set up on her account for something she didn’t ask for. Feels like they’re targeting vulnerable people, which is just wrong.

It’s quite troubling to see that individuals with dementia are being contacted and coerced into signing up for a direct debit on a monitoring device they haven’t requested.
