They even managed to set up a direct debit before we clocked what was happening. Once we cancelled the payments, they started sending threatening letters. Absolute scumbags. We rang to cancel properly after the letters, but all we got was a recorded message saying they were too busy to answer and to leave a message. Cowards can’t even own up to what they’re doing. Next thing I know, there’s a direct debit set up on her account for something she didn’t ask for.
