We received a call from this number, but chose to disregard it as we were in the midst of a meeting. Subsequently, the caller left us a voicemail identifying himself as Julian Wallis from the Legal Bureau, urging us to return the call promptly. When we did, the tone of the call was rather peculiar, and an Indian-accented gentleman answered. We mentioned we were returning a missed call, to which he simply replied, "Thank you, someone will call you back," and promptly hung up. Then there was an automated message instructing us to hang up, after which the line went silent. Quite strange, if you ask me!

To be frank, I'm a bit sceptical about their authenticity. After a chat with our bank, it seems like quite a few firms have been ringing up regarding the FSA dispute, and many of them tend to charge hefty fees for their so-called services without making any real progress. It appears that a good number of these businesses are likely on the verge of being shut down.
