Received a rather concerning call from someone claiming to be from the "B.T. Technical Team." A chap named "Daniel David" was insisting that my broadband would be terminated imminently. I gave him a piece of my mind and told him to clear off! Complete and utter scam, if you ask me!

These individuals attempted to deceive my mum by trying to get hold of her bank card information. Steer clear of them entirely!

Received a call claiming they were from the Telephone Preference Service. I requested their contact number so I could return the call, and they provided me with this number.

Just received a call from a number that didn’t show up, and the bloke on the line had an Asian accent. He introduced himself as 'Peter' and claimed to be from a company called PC6 AJ Soft & Apps IT team, providing his number as 08000988549. It was the usual routine, babbling on about issues with my Windows system and asking if I was at my computer. After around ten minutes of the same old spiel, I lost interest and told him I’d look them up and call back. I have no intention of doing so.

I received a call from this number, and it appeared as 'unavailable' on my phone. After about twenty minutes, I managed to request their contact details. When I called back, I specifically asked for John Bull, not Alex Roberts, which was the name he had provided when I indicated I would return the call. There was a moment of confusion on his part when I requested John Bull, followed by a brief silence before I was told he had left for the day. What a load of nonsense! If this isn’t a scam, then I’m not sure what is. The chap was quite persistent in trying to convince me to fork out £85 for a year's cover or £135 for two years for added protection from the service centre at Windows.

Received a call earlier today from someone claiming to be part of Windows technical support. They were urging me to power up my computer as, they insisted, it was plagued with viruses! Naturally, I ignored their instructions and called them out as the fraudsters they truly are!

Is this number for real? I had a call from it, claiming I needed to set up my computer as my "Windows" was on the brink of crashing. Sounds a bit fishy to me!
