Got a call from Vodafone broadband trying to push a sale. They’re really pushy about it. Told them I wasn’t interested, but they kept going. Ended up having to block the number because no means no, right?!

I got a call from Vodafone about their broadband offers, which apparently are really good. But when I checked, fibre optic isn’t available in our area yet, though they said it should arrive in a month or two. They promised to keep me posted and since I’ve been with Vodafone for ages, they mentioned I’d be getting a REALLY good deal. Let’s hope that’s true!

They claimed to be from Vodafone, but the caller ID didn’t actually say Vodafone, which it usually does. The bloke spoke with a proper English accent and sounded real, not automated, but was quite aggressive and ended the call fairly quickly.

Got a call from Vodafone about their broadband offers. When I rang them back, the guy was quite friendly. I told him I’m with Virgin and their broadband speeds don’t come close to what I get with Virgin. He promised to take me off the list for their broadband calls.
