I've been unable to access my Facebook account since the 30th of September. When I called this number, the gentleman on the other end asked me for my email address but assured me he wouldn't request anything further. He then verified that I'm indeed logged out and quoted me a rather alarming fee of £100 to regain entry. The chap had an Indian accent, which has made me quite anxious about the possibility of being locked out for good.
