Definitely a con! They rang me up claiming I needed some sort of repairs on my house. When I politely declined their offer, they just cut the call without a second thought.

Female voice on the line… “Good day! I’m ringing to assist you with your housing disrepair issues.”
Caught off guard by the unexpected call, I answered… “I beg your pardon, could you clarify what you mean by that?”
Caller continued… “Are you experiencing dampness or cracks in your walls? If you’ve got any housing difficulties, we’re here to help.”
To which I replied, “I’m the owner of this crumbling abode, so the solutions fall squarely on my shoulders.”
And just like that, the line went silent…
I can't shake the feeling this is yet another dodgy scheme, so do stay on guard!
