I came across a claim online stating it's authentic? What on earth is it doing there if that's not the case? Truly baffling if it turns out to be anything but genuine.

A representative from what they claimed was an electricity firm approached me to sort out an issue with my lighting. I ended up providing them with my bank information, but I made sure not to disclose any PINs.
