I had an encounter with Zahid from V4 Telecom who was rather impolite when I inquired about his contact details. When I requested to speak with a supervisor, I was passed to a chap named 'Roy Hobbs' who claimed to be the managing director. He assured me that Open Reach had originally assigned them the number, but I suspect that’s a fabrication. I wouldn't recommend engaging with these individuals at all - the caller in question was indeed from V4 Telecom.

Got a call from someone named Zahid at V4 Telecom, and he got quite rude once I started asking where exactly his number and address were from. I asked to speak to his manager, got put through to a bloke called 'Roy Hobbs' who claimed he was the managing director. He said the number came from Open Reach, but none of that was true. Honestly, steer clear of these lot - caller ID showed V4 Telecom.
