So I phoned back to check, and they said they’d come the following day - again, no one arrived. After being put on hold for more than half an hour, I just gave up and cancelled my card so they can’t charge me. Ridiculous company, honestly. When you actually need assistance, they don’t bother showing up. I was even ready to pay the £145 per hour they quoted for an emergency plumber.
