Avoid erg if you can, they’re a dodgy house repair outfit. A plumber they sent over checked out my dripping tap, said he’d grab some tools, but then he just vanished and never showed up again. Now they’re trying to charge me £150 for a “consultation” that never even happened. Proper scam.
