It's impossible to secure any utility savings from this number, to be honest. Communication with them is completely off the table, as there's simply no method to get in touch. They call out of the blue and throw around all manner of assertions—like promising to switch your electricity supplier on the very same day. They even pose as a different provider, yet curiously, there’s no trace of these claims on any of their recordings. It's all rather dodgy, to say the least!

I've made it abundantly clear that I wish to be taken off their list, and I've also lodged a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office about their antics.

I insisted he reveal the source of my phone number since my energy supplier had no connection with their company whatsoever. He abruptly disconnected the call once more. I received a call from a woman with a Northern accent inquiring about my business electric account. Strange thing is, this came just 38 minutes after I got a call from another number. Now, it’s worth noting that calling mobile phones registered with the Telephone Preference Service (TPS) for unsolicited marketing is actually against the law: http://www.tpsonline.org.uk/tps/stillgetcalls.html I mentioned to her that it seemed rather dodgy, and as soon as I asked her who she was, she abruptly cut the call. If we continue to get these nuisance calls on our TPS registered mobile, we won’t hesitate to lodge a formal complaint with both the TPS and Companies House.

Received a call from someone wanting to chat with the person responsible for our energy supplies. We’ve been inundated with nuisance calls from Select Energy lately, so I mentioned that the relevant person wasn’t around. The chap dodged my inquiries about his company until I pointed out the frequent calls we've been receiving from Select Energy and clarified that we're not with them. Suddenly, he claims he’s with Utility Services instead and remarked that there was no need for me to be so curt! To be fair, my tone was perfectly civil, and my colleagues would back me up on that, so I simply hung up. What an infuriating individual! Best to not entertain his probing questions!

This week has been a bit of a nuisance with roughly half a dozen calls regarding fuel supplies for my modest business. My current supplier's contract doesn’t expire until March, so I've made it crystal clear that I’m not interested. Yet, the call centre was relentless, trying to persuade me that if I didn’t take their so-called advice and jump on board pronto, I’d be facing skyrocketed prices come November. I’ve managed to block their number on my mobile, but I’m at a bit of a loss on how to handle it with my landline! They even attempted to extract personal details from me, but I flatly refused to indulge them. During the last conversation, they escalated things by putting a supervisor on the line, really pushing for me to commit! As if that wasn’t enough, they were also promoting some new "smart phone" installation! I made it clear that I have no interest, as I've read about their potential health risks.

We're currently on an emergency tariff and have been the proud occupants of our home for two decades! This feels like nothing short of harassment; it's incredibly frustrating. The last caller even probed about a supposed contract after which—unsurprisingly—she simply terminated the call. There’s typically a considerable amount of background chatter, which clearly indicates it's a call centre operation. I'm under the impression that these kinds of intrusive calls are meant to be against the law now?

Disturbingly, he has dialled my number eight times in less than an hour. I've now blocked his number, but he’s resorted to calling me from a withheld number. Unfortunately, due to the nature of my business, I can’t afford to disregard these calls.

He mentioned that he needed details concerning our electricity purchases since we were apparently on an Emergency tariff. He insisted that they were entirely independent of the actual suppliers, yet claimed that I was legally obligated to share certain information. I firmly told him that I wasn't inclined to disclose any personal details over the phone; I suggested that if his company required anything from me, they ought to contact me via email or send a letter. To my astonishment, he insisted that they couldn’t send any correspondence through email or post and could only take information over the phone. The number he provided for further inquiries was 0844 807 0307. Quite the odd conversation!
