I've come across a rather dubious enterprise known as Guru Aid, which claims to provide computer support services in association with Microsoft and McAfee. Unfortunately, they seem rather clueless when it comes to resolving PC issues and their charges are absolutely outrageous-whether for a single year or for multiple years of service. There's an abundance of evidence, including countless articles and YouTube videos, that label them as scammers. It's quite alarming how many people fall into this trap!
