Got a message saying my NatWest internet banking was frozen for security. They wanted me to either pop into a branch or click a dodgy link with just an IP address and no HTTPS. Total scam, pretty rubbish try honestly!

Just got a message from this number, the sender showed as ppalerts. It said my paypal account is being reviewed and I should click the link provided to stop any restrictions. Seems fishy to me, definitely a scam, I’m not touching that link!

Got a message supposedly from Barclays saying my card was declined because of low funds. Problem is, the card number they mentioned doesn’t ring any bells and I’ve never even held an account with Barclays. Looks like a classic phishing attempt to me.

Received a rather peculiar message from this number, suggesting it was the contact for some sort of messaging or chat service. It mentioned something along the lines of keeping up the conversation and to drop an email at a certain time, clearly in GMT, with the sender's number being 07505094427. Honestly, I've no clue what it was all about, so I decided to just brush it off. How odd!
