Got a message from this number saying “Hello Mr T(removed), we’re Overdales. We sent you a letter recently. Please sign up at www.overdales.com or ring us on 0333 111 0790 to sort this out.” I’m not a Mr and the last name was mine though. The website looks like a solicitor’s but I didn’t click the link, just in case it was a scam. Checked the number here and saw it’s a known scam, so I blocked it. Cheers.

I also got a message suggesting that I take a look at my spam folder. Yet, when I did, there was nothing of note. I decided to do a quick search for 01274 957063, and it turned out that the same mobile number was listed in the results. I'm definitely going to be blocking both of those numbers.

Got a text telling me to ring them with a ref before 7:30 pm. I looked up their site and it’s a complete sham, none of the links actually work and the phone number is fake too. Don’t waste your time trying to get in touch with them, they just ignore you.

I got a message that read, 'Hello Mr (my surname), we've attempted to reach you via email.' Quite frankly, that's a load of nonsense, as I’ve thoroughly searched my junk mail!
It advised me to check my spam or to ring Stacey Greaves at 01274 957065, mentioning a reference of 120/789876.

Curiosity got the better of me, so I dialled the 01274 number, and a cheerful voice introduced themselves as Lucas Credit Services. Naturally, I hung up right away-clearly, this is some sort of debt issue that I'm completely unaware of.

On the 13th of October, 2015, I received a rather peculiar text from the number 07860020977. It read, "Dear Ms XXXXXXX. Urgent matter. Please contact LCL before 7.30pm today at 01274 957063. Kindly reference XXX/XXXXXX. This is not a sales enquiry." Now, the thing is, the individual they were trying to reach isn’t me at all, so I’m baffled as to how they managed to obtain my number. Then, on the 22nd of October, 2015, I received a call from 01138878947, which was an automated message again seeking the same person. Oddly enough, still not directed at me!

I've been receiving calls from this number for the past week. Each time my phone goes off, I pick up and greet them with a 'hello.' There's some sort of faint noise in the background, but before I can gather my thoughts, they hang up on me.
