I just ignore calls from numbers I don't know. If they bother to leave a voicemail, then I think about whether I wanna call back or just delete it.

Just got a call and when I answered, there was nothing but silence.

Be careful with the number 07811 310392, they called me around 7:45 pm on 10/06/2020 asking for a Mr something and kept pushing for my address. I said no, felt really uncomfortable like they were up to no good and a bit threatening. Definitely wouldn't recommend answering.
