I got a call but the person on the other end stayed completely silent.

I've been getting calls from Capquest about a catalogue bill, but I've never even had one or ordered anything. They've got my name down, but with a wrong delivery address and some other bloke's email. Now they say I owe £700! I've reported it as identity theft, but they're asking me to send them my passport details, a photo, and proof of address. Seems really sketchy to me.

Looks like capquest is at it again, this time ringing me from a different mobile number!

Theres these debt collectors called Cap Quest who pick up really old debts and then keep bothering people, even tho the debts were cleared ages ago. It's so annoying!
