Got a text earlier from +44 7790 566504. Said they needed to talk to me about a personal issue and asked me to ring capquest on 03339997272 with a reference number that I’ve blurred out for privacy. Did a quick search on the number and turns out it’s a scam, so I’m not bothering to call. Weird how they knew my name and spelled it right - could easily fool someone who’s not as careful as me.

They kept saying they were from capquest and kept pushing me for my info, but I said no straight away. Asked them for a landline number and told me to look for a letter that I’ve never gotten. Really aggressive, so I ended the call and blocked the number. Could be phishing, who knows. Just don’t give out any personal details, it's not worth the risk.

Got a call today from a woman with a recorded voice saying she was from BT, saying my internet was down and they would fix it but let it run till it stopped working. Suspicious if you ask me.
