Just got a text thanking me for buying some Norton LifeLock security thing for £499.99 or something like that. What a bunch of scumbags! Saw someone else on here say they wished they could give the tossers a proper hiding, and I’m right there with them - I'd honestly like to see them neutered so they’re stopped from making more of their kind. Absolute trash of society.

Got a text from <a class="num chip" rel="ugc" href="https://who-called.co.uk/Number/07786200518">+44 7786 200518</a) the other day saying my firewall order was ready for collection. Thing is, I never ordered a thing! It’s obvious they just want your bank details and sort code. These con artists just don’t know when to quit. Honestly, I wish I could confront one of them in person and give ’em a proper talking to. They deserve to be caught and punished severely, no doubt about it. I got a message from someone saying they are Brazier Consulting Services Ltd about PPI, telling me to ring a different number. They told me I might have a complaint with Lloyds that could get me some money paid in within 56 days. I'm not sure if this is for real or just a scam? Got a message saying my car with that reg would be picked up on 25/10/2017 from my place. It also had a number to call if I wanted to cancel, saying do it by 4pm the day before. Seemed fishy to me. The 0333 number given is actually linked to Manheim, which handles vehicle checks for EMAC, but luckily Manheim had already sorted for my car to go to a different spot. So this could easily be a scam.

I just got a rather dubious text saying that my vehicle, with registration [REGISTRATION], is set to be picked up on 25/10/2017 from [ADDRESS]. There’s a cancellation line-0333-1361025-where you’re instructed to call by 4pm on the last working day before. It seems highly suspect to me. That 0333 number belongs to Manheim, the folks responsible for vehicle inspections for EMAC, but thankfully, Manheim had already sorted it out and arranged for the car to be delivered to an alternative location. Quite the relief!
