This is definitely a scam. They claim to be from the NHS and say you’ve been near someone who tested positive, then they send a link to get a test kit. I nearly fell for it but then it asked me for £1 for delivery and my card info, which seemed dodgy. I quickly stopped and went straight to the government website to book a PCR test myself. Just so you know, the NHS never charges anything for sending out PCR tests! Make sure to block this number as soon as you get a message from them.
