I got a call yesterday from someone saying my loft insulation was all wrong. I just hung up on them. They phoned me straight back after that and started saying they’d be checking out a few neighbours nearby and asked if I’d be home about 12:30 today. Honestly, feels like proper harassment!

Got a random call out the blue, thought there were rules against this kind of cold calling? What on earth are the phone companies and mobile networks doing about it? They’re the ones hosting the calls, so they should be held accountable!

Got a call from some ger group folks claiming my insulation was old fashioned. When I mentioned they didn’t even know what insulation I had and said they should have run it past TPS before ringing, they just hung up on me. Proper cheeky.

they kept saying stuff like my loft wasnt insulated properly and was losing heat or whatever. then they said they could sort it out for me. sounded like one of those things you see on tv all the time, you know? the usual spiel.
