I got a call from someone who said they were from Spectrum Loft Insulation, a bloke called Richard. He said it was really urgent to discuss my loft insulation. I told him I’d already had a rude woman ringing me just a few days ago, and I told them I wasn’t interested because my loft’s already insulated. I asked them to stop phoning me. I’ve even reported this nonsense to both the TPS and ICO. What’s worse is they’re now using different mobile numbers all the time, so it’s a nightmare to block them.

I told them my loft already has insulation and asked them to stop calling me, but they just keep ringing. It's getting quite annoying now.

I got a call from a bloke who said his name was James Edwards, claiming to be a conservation assessor for some company called g.e.r. He reckoned I had fibreglass insulation in the loft and wanted to pop round for an assessment. Said he had folks in the area tomorrow, so it’d be convenient. Then he asked if I was on my own or if anyone else was home. I told him the entire house had been re-insulated a few years back and gave him a big thanks before he buggered off. Honestly, what will they come up with next!
