He called claiming to be from some energy efficiency group. When I told him I wasn't interested, he called me a prat and just ended the call. Quite rude!

Some bloke called me and said his name was Jake from some energy efficiency company. I mentioned someone had already called me before and I wasn’t interested in switching. Then he rudely told me to “f### off then!” which was a bit over the top.

They told me they were ger, but when i asked what the call was about, they just ended the call on me.

Got a call from a bloke who said he was Ben, ringing about some energy saving company and fibreglass insulation for my loft. This is the second time today I've had a similar call (also had one from 07712660105, and it was only early afternoon). I told him I'm quite happy with the insulation we've got and have no plans to change it. He kept pushing a bit but I was firm and said again we aren’t interested. Then he just ended the call.
