Honestly, forget about the TPS list, these scammers deserve a proper reality check. We shouldn't be letting them get away with it - report them straight away to ACTION FRAUD by ringing 0300 123 2040 or head to their site at https://reporting.actionfraud.police.uk/login. If you only manage to do one good thing today, make it this, for sure!

Got a call and I answered by mistake even though I knew it was probably a scam. The guy started talking about how I’m on repeat medication, and I told him I had actually stopped taking it. He hung up on me straight away, so I’ve blocked the number now.

I got a call from someone claiming to be the NHS, but it was weird since the number was a mobile. I’m seeing my doctor quite a bit right now, so I ended up believing them and chatting anyway. They asked if I had a repeat prescription, I said yes, and then they just dropped the call. They didn’t ask for any personal info though. I’ve told my GP about it just in case.

Looks like a total scam, best thing is just to ignore it and block the caller straight away.

Like others mentioned, this was definitely one of those scam calls from an Indian call centre claiming to be from the NHS. Best thing to do is just block the number and move on.

A bloke with a foreign accent called me, but since I struggle to hear well, I kept asking him to say it again. After a while, they just cut the call!

Right from the start, I felt something was fishy about the call. The person claimed to be from the NHS and offered to deliver repeat prescriptions straight to my home. I said no thanks, mainly because they wanted me to give personal info, which I’m never comfortable doing. After I refused, the caller started hurling insults and even told me to go jump off a cliff. Honestly, I won’t say what I wished I could say back to them. What’s clear though, is that this was some kind of scam, either trying to swindle me or drain funds from the NHS.

This number rang me up, but when I picked up, there was just silence at the other end. I figured it was probably a spam call, and reading what others have said here kind of backs that up. Honestly, I’m really disturbed by the racist remarks some people have left - they’re totally out of order and really need to be taken down by the site moderators. It’s 2024, and no one should be talking about others like that, no matter their opinions.

Got a call from someone claiming to be from an 'online pharmacy'. Told them I was busy at work and to ring later. When they call again, I’m planning to mess with them a bit. Unlike some people here, I’m not going to be racist about it though.

Beware of these NHS scams - they’re just after your bank account details! Don’t hesitate to report them straight away to the Serious Fraud Office and Ofcom. It’s so important to keep our older folks safe from these crooks.

Some bloke with an Indian accent rang saying he was from the NHS. Since I’d just got in touch with them recently, I nearly believed it was legit. Then I realised something was off and didn’t fall for it. Gave them a fake address and postcode straight away once I cottoned on that it was dodgy.

I got a call from someone asking if a certain person in our house had repeat NHS prescriptions. I told them that the guy they're talking about is an adult and asked why I would even know that kind of info. They just ended the call right after that.
