Not so sure about calls from this number though, could be scammers spoofing it. I replied to confirm and later messaged again to request an afternoon slot instead of morning, and they actually switched it. Pretty handy automated system, I guess.

Got a call claiming to be from Openreach and it really threw me at first. Checked with my internet provider and they told me Openreach hardly ever calls customers directly. I called BT straight away and they said it’s definitely a scam. I had accidentally tapped the link in the text, but it didn’t ask for any personal info. Am I at risk of being scammed?
