On Tuesday, I received a phone call from someone who claimed to be from ANZ bank. He asked me to confirm my name, but I reminded him that he called me and should verify my name instead. Eventually, he did so accurately. He explained that he was contacting me to inform me about a refund for charges that had been incorrectly applied to my credit card. He mentioned that I would receive a letter in the post providing further information about the refund. However, as of now, I haven't received anything yet. If there are any updates regarding this matter, I will update this comment accordingly.
