I received a rather suspicious call from someone posing as Lloyds Bank. They knew both my name and my primary login ID number, which immediately raised some red flags. They insisted that I needed to change my password over the phone because there had been an alleged attempted login from Birmingham. I played along for a bit until they insisted that I change my password right there and then, directly to them on the line. At that point, I recognised it as a scam and promptly hung up.
