This number kept calling my mobile loads of times, sounded like robo calls so I just blocked it. Then my home phone started ringing from the same one, and I even got a text from it. I assumed it was just another scam, but I decided to call the number on the back of my TSB card to check. Turns out, it was actually their fraud department making sure my account was safe. They had put a block on my card as a precaution, but after sorting it out, they unlocked it and everything’s fine now.

So I clicked on a discount code link for Dominos pizza but my payment wouldn't go through. Then I got an automated call from "Santander fraud dept" from 0800 640 6114. I tried paying again with my TSB card, it got declined too, and right after I got another automated call from "TSB fraud line" on 0345 3511 688. Definitely a scam. Funny thing is, I used the same card straight away on Amazon and it worked fine.

This number is definitely from TSB, they ring you if they spot any unusual activity on your debit card and also send a text asking you to confirm if you made the transaction (yes) or not (no). To reply to the comment about 8/11, those payments get blocked by TSB and won’t show up on your statement, that’s why they block them in the first place. If you say yes, they usually suggest trying the payment again after about 10 minutes.

WARNING! Got a missed call from this number then a text from 447860 035 286 pretending to be TSB. It said my debit card was charged for something on iTunes and asked me to reply yes or no to confirm. I looked at my bank statement and there was no charge at all. Definitely a scam.

Honestly, I’m telling you this is 100% real! This number rang both my home phone and my son’s mobile. I saw all the comments here and thought I’d just ignore it, BUT when my son looked at his bank account he found six charges from Kuala Lumpur FROM YESTERDAY. So my advice is simple - if you get a call from this, CHECK your own bank account straight away. Don’t just trust what anyone else says!!! MAKE SURE you see for yourself.

Scam alert. Got a voicemail saying they were from some "fraud team" about suspicious charges on my card. TOTALLY REAL. This is actually from TSB's fraud team. I tried paying with my card and it got rejected twice since I was in London yesterday but now in Manchester. About 20 minutes later I got a call from this number. Comment dated 12/06/2017 and 24/06/2017 - Seems like someone maybe entered their own number incorrectly in their account. Doesn't mean the call is a scam. Comment from 04/07/2017 - those numbers might be the ones you can ring to reach them, but that doesn't mean TSB’s automated system has to call from the same number.
