I already got in touch with customer service and cancelled Talk2, but these scammers just keep calling me. It’s so frustrating!!

Received calls from this number two times now. First, the person claimed to be with TalkTalk, and the second time they said they were from HMRC.

I got a voicemail from a mobile number, telling me to press 1 to hear it. It was total rubbish, something about a chair tomorrow and having dinner at 1 xxi. I reckon I might have been caught out by a scam, and I’m praying it’s not some of those cheeky reverse charge calls. Right away, I messaged TalkTalk, my provider, to flag it and admit my daftness. Told them I’m definitely not agreeing to any payments ###4#. Honestly, I hope these scammers get struck down with something nasty, they truly deserve it.

It wasn’t actually HMRC, but the number came up as TalkTalk’s official line. I’m guessing someone might be faking their phone number!

Talktalk is a big no for me, honestly. I’d pick BT or Virgin any day over them, even though I'm not really a fan of those two either!

Got a call earlier, same old nonsense about being arrested for tax fraud. I’m on pay-as-you-go and they haven’t got a clue who I am, so they might as well try their hardest!

Someone called saying they were from HMRC and accused me of tax fraud. They told me if I didn’t press 11, I’d be arrested. Felt a bit dodgy to me.

Some bloke with an Indian accent rang me claiming to be from HMRC, telling me I supposedly owed £3000 for dodging tax. When I said I couldn’t pay, they threatened to come arrest me within a day. I kept messing about with daft questions to waste their time!

I got a robo call claiming I was involved in some kind of fraud. The automated voice told me I had to press 1 or else I'd be arrested real soon. Such a scam!

Got a recorded message telling me to ring straight away about an arrest warrant. Checked with the proper authorities and they confirmed it’s a scam! Don’t pick up these calls. HMRC would never phone you like that!

I got a robo call claiming HMRC was investigating tax fraud involving me, and to press 1 to speak with them. Felt fishy straight away.

I've been informed that I need to ring this number to put a stop to my TalkTalk order, but I'm really reluctant to do so due to the steep call charges. I want to cancel my current order, which isn’t set to begin until September, yet when I reached out to the freephone number to request the cancellation, they turned me down outright. It’s quite frustrating, to say the least!
