Since then, I’ve had loads of emails from SSE plus a letter from some supposed debt collectors saying I owe money from around 3 and a half years ago linked to a previous home. I did try to reason with a woman who said she was from SSE, but she dodged all my questions and just kept pushing for payment.SSE4 yearsGot a call from a woman claiming to be with SSE, telling me I had an outstanding bill. When I asked for things like a reference number or their address, she said she needed to check with her manager first. I then asked if she could send me an email with the details, but she insisted that SSE never sends emails. Bit suspicious if you ask me!SSE4 yearsGot a call from someone saying they were from SSE, told me I’d been handed over to debt collectors. Didn’t give me any details about the supposed case though.
