Prior to this, I'd noticed some unexpected deductions from my Visa card by a company I'd never heard of before. Then, I get this call from the same number, and they started rambling on. They even suggested using my husband's identity card to facilitate the deletion of my 'insurance data'. Little did I realise, it was all part of the same fraudulent scheme. Thankfully, the credit card centre reached out to me and informed me about the scam. Yet, even now, I continue to be plagued by calls from this pesky number every couple of days, and it's becoming increasingly irritating. I'm at a loss as to what steps I should take next.
