On Saturday, the 3rd of October, 2020, at precisely 08:49, I received a rather unsolicited call from the number 0333 556 5842. The voice on the other end was an automated system, which bizarrely requested to speak to someone named J. Rattery. They urged me to return their call at 0333 556 5520 - a rather suspicious line, if you ask me, likely where they profit off unsuspecting souls. They even had the cheek to reference some sort of case number: 34312147. Whatever you do, steer clear of returning their call! It's best to inform your telephone provider about this oddity.

It’s mainly for his emergency 'Red button' Lifeline, not for annoying calls about debts. Getting a recorded call asking for someone we don’t know is really unwelcome. Lowell finance got in touch after sending a letter telling me that a business I owe money to had asked them to collect the debt on their behalf. They were really reasonable and only allowed me to pay back what I could manage monthly after we went through my income and expenses together. I don't get some of the negative reviews here because the guy I dealt with, Tasib, was polite, friendly and never pushy or rude.

Lowells are absolute tossers. And to everyone going on about how debts gotta be paid, well, screw you. They’re chasing after people who aren’t even real. So how are they figuring out that anyone actually owes them money? Makes no sense at all.

I don’t understand why nothing’s been done about these annoying pranksters calling nonstop all day long, switching numbers to get round call blocking. I don’t owe any money to anyone but they just won’t quit, even after I’ve reported them to Ofcom. This sort of harassment needs to be stopped for good. It’s frightening to think how many gullible folks they might be exploiting with their nasty tricks…

These guys from Lowell keep calling me like three times every day, no matter how many times I tell them they’ve got the wrong number. Tried blocking but it doesn’t seem to help much 😞. I’ve got physical and mental disabilities, so it’s really stressful dealing with this constant ringing. Honestly, Lowell can do one. 🖕🏻

Got a call from a lady with an African accent claiming she was after a "Nicola Larkin" and said she was from the Lowell Group. I told her there's no one by that name here. Then she asked if this was a house in "Cadland Park" and when I said no, she just said she must have the wrong number and hung up. Definitely felt like a scam to me.

Got a call from a company claiming to collect some small debts, sounded really arrogant and was making all sorts of threats. Proper annoying.

Got a call from Lowell finance looking for a Pearson, but I told them no one like that is at this number and then just ended the call. If I wasn’t so cautious, I reckon I could’ve easily fallen for their scam.
