Oh, what a laugh! It seems they’re relying on you to either pick an option from their tedious menu or simply hang up. If you remain silent, that incessant “please choose the appropriate option” message just drones on and on endlessly. It's been ten minutes already! This is the fifth time they’ve tried to reach me today! If they’re intent on pestering me and squandering my time, then I’m more than willing to return the favour and drain their resources.
