It seems I received a call from EE, which was rather unexpected as they were proposing an upgrade a whole 270 days ahead of schedule! When I requested to be put through to another department, the line abruptly disconnected. To make matters worse, the representative seemed completely clueless about my contract details, and just when I asked her to access the information on her computer, she claimed it had "crashed." Quite the experience, to say the least!
