This is definitely a scam, don’t trust anything posted here that says different. They pretended to be from O2, but I’m actually with Three. Some folks mentioned it’s O2 and that the callers sounded rubbish on the phone. I used to do training at an O2 call centre myself, and honestly, I’m not shocked at all.
