My wife kept getting calls from 03303035291 even tho she told them she was busy at work. The caller said they would ring back later, so she blocked the number. After that, she got a text saying thanks for her purchase and to ring 03303035291 to talk about it, or text 2220 to stop messages from O2. The 2220 number to opt out is legit, but the 03303035291 is just some marketing firm trying to scam info out of her, and there was no real purchase made.

This was definitely a genuine call from 02, I phoned them myself to check and they confirmed it wasn’t a scam. I ended up switching my plan to a cheaper one with more data and call minutes. The woman who called had an Irish accent and was really pleasant the whole time.

Got a call from this number earlier today, 25/05/18. Have reported it and blocked it straight away! Just putting it out there so others know they might get these phishing or spam calls too. The Police Fraud Office have been informed as well. It's so frustrating, and honestly, why do they even have access to our phone numbers? The Data Protection Act seems to mean nothing these days!!!

I usually ignore calls from numbers I don’t know, but glad I picked up this time. O2 got in touch and offered me a better deal. I’m currently paying £17 for 6GB, and they’re willing to give me 10GB for that same price. On my other phone, I’m on a 1GB plan for £13, and they offered me 2GB for £12. These deals are for SIM only. Got a call today from an Irish guy speaking so quickly I had to tell him to slow down. He said he was from O2 and wanted to thank me for being a loyal customer. He even used my name and asked me to confirm I was the account holder. When I said yes, the call just dropped.
