She mentioned that my insurance for the washing machine, fridge-freezer, and oven was up for renewal. Then she inquired if there was anything further I wished to include prior to proceeding with the renewal. The thing is, I don't have any insurance on my appliances whatsoever. Curious, I inquired about their company’s location, to which she replied London. However, when I pressed for additional information, she abruptly hung up.
