He claimed to be calling from Warmaroof, insisting that I had rockwall insulation installed-something I definitely do not possess. I informed him that I'm registered with the Telephone Preference Service and should not be receiving such unsolicited calls. His retort was that their records showed I wasn't on the TPS list. Utter nonsense! This only goes to show that these companies completely disregard the TPS guidelines, or perhaps the service itself is just a futile exercise, which is increasingly how it seems.
