Got a call from a strange number, looked fishy so I just ignored it. After that I blocked the number and luckily the calls stopped ringing after a while. Wouldn't recommend picking up!

I received a call from individuals claiming to be solicitors, asserting they already possessed my details. They mentioned that I need not provide any personal information, as they had all they required. They recited my name, date of birth, and even my two bank accounts, never really inquiring about any sensitive details, apart from asking me to verify the address they had on record. They said they would forward an email containing a form for me to fill out, assuring me that it wouldn't request any personal information. Despite my efforts to investigate the number online, I couldn’t locate any confirmation of it being a scam. If anyone has encountered something similar or can confirm this as a scam, kindly share your experiences. Cheers!

This bloke said he was from Hatton solicitors and that he could sort out my PPI using some Plevin rules. He told me a form had been started online but not finished, which wasn’t the case at all. Fairly believable chap, mind.

Received a message claiming I’d filled out an online form for them to represent me as a solicitor in some sort of lawsuit. Absolute nonsense! I don’t engage in online dealings like that. Definitely a scam, pure and simple!
