Looks like a total hmre scam to me. Wouldn't trust it for a second.

Got a robocall threatening I'd be arrested if I didn't press 1, so I did. After pressing, some woman with a heavy accent came on, but the connection was terrible. Told her I'd ring them back myself. Definitely a scam - blocked the number straight away.
