had a call from a bloke claiming to be with a uk company but sounded like an indian call centre. they try to act like they’re from british gas, bt or even hmrc, but don’t fall for it! their main aim is to trick you into handing over your bank card info, so watch out!

Someone called me up and started accusing me of dodging taxes, which really stressed me out. It completely messed up my day at work.

Thought it was someone I knew, so I rang back, but the number wouldn’t pick up at all. Seems dodgy to me, probably just some spam or a scam call.

Got a call from this number but they didn’t leave any message. When I called back, the caller wouldn’t say what kind of business they were from since my number showed up as private. After that, I just blocked them straight away. No way are they bothering me again.

Did someone say they were from hmrc and threatened me with arrest if i didnt pay up? Honestly these calls should be reported to the police, they’re just scams!

Three times now ive got these recorded msgs about tax fraud, saying the police will arrest me if i dont reply! i just hang up straight away!
