I got a call saying that there was some kind of tax fraud case against me. They told me to press 1 if I wanted to dispute it, and then went on about arresting me if I didn’t. Pretty sure it was a scam, so I just ended the call straight away. Real police don’t deal with people like that over the phone, so there’s no danger in just ignoring it and hanging up.
