I received a call from an unrecognised number and opted not to pick up.

I picked up the call, and instead of a person, I was met with a pre-recorded message claiming to be from HMRC. It mentioned something about a tax claim and urged me to press 1 to speak to their office. If I didn't act on it, they warned that a warrant would be issued in my name. Quite concerning! Is this really a legitimate number associated with HMRC?
