So I got this call, and the recorded voice said if I didn’t hit 1, there’d be a warrant for my arrest or something crazy like that! I tried ringing the number back but there’s nothing there, no info linked to it at all. Proper dodgy!

Got a call from some guy saying he was Officer Steve Parker, badge number 98560, saying there’s a warrant out for me. If this number rings you, just hang up straight away and don’t share any details with them!

My partner got a call where the person claimed to be from HMRC, saying he was part of some fraud and that he’d get arrested. They told him to press 1, but thankfully he just ended the call straight away!
