I received a call today, claiming it was about a purported tax fraud case involving the Inland Revenue. They said I had a warrant out for my arrest and instructed me to press one to chat with a representative. I complied and was connected to a rather fuzzy line where the handler revealed my name and reiterated the arrest warrant. When I requested more information about the specifics of the allegations, they abruptly hung up on me. Quite the alarming experience!
