Got a robo call claiming HMRC was about to arrest me or something? It was some recorded voice trying to scare me. I just cut it off straight away. From what I heard later, they wanted you to press 1 if you listened, no way was I going anywhere near that. Too dodgy for me!

Scam alert from HMRC! I’ve just received a rather alarming message claiming there’s a warrant for my arrest and that the police are on their way. Strangely enough, they didn’t mention my name at all. The recorded message was crisp but had a hint of an accent that wasn’t local. Quite dodgy, if you ask me!
