Oh wow, just got the same voicemail message myself. If you pay close attention, you can hear the voice glitch a few times, like it's been pieced together from different clips. Maybe they've taken bits from a real HMRC official's recording or something. Pretty dodgy if you ask me.

I received a rather alarming call from the number 03002003111, claiming to be from HMRC’s fraud department under the auspices of the Queen’s Court. They warned me that I’d be facing arrest for alleged fraudulent activity if I didn’t press 1. Naturally, I went along with it out of sheer bewilderment, but then they began probing me about a relative of mine. When I insisted this couldn’t be their number, they ominously suggested they'd ring back once I had someone from my family in tow. Quite a distressing experience, to say the least!

Got a really dodgy call from someone claiming to be from HMRC, saying I'd be arrested if I didn't do something. Proper stressful. I ended up reporting the number through the official HMRC page on the gov.uk site - they’ve got a proper section just for reporting these fake calls.

Got a dodgy automated call claiming to be from HMRC, telling me to hit 1 or they’d put out a warrant for my arrest right away. Definitely don’t press that button!

Got a call from some bloke with a proper posh English accent, but the recording was all crackly. He said he was from the Tax Office and warned me about a warrant out for my arrest. Got a call from 0300 200 3111, and then another one but the last 4 digits were different. At first, I thought someone was messing about, like a prank or something, coz nothing happened when I didn’t press 1. After that, I figured it was probably some spam call, so I looked it up online to check.
