What a load of rubbish! This HMRC scam is just pure conmanship. Honestly, if anyone deserves to be caught it’s those muppets running it. Not only are they ripping people off left right and centre, but they've gone and nicked a voice system that sounds like it came straight from Stephen Hawking’s tech. Totally shameless.

So they called and asked for my name. When I told them, they said it was something else - clearly wrong. Then they wanted me to give my name again, but I asked if they really were from HMRC, and they just cut the call straight away :)

Got a call from 03002003108, left a voicemail saying there was some fraud linked to me and if I didn't press 1, I'd be arrested with a warrant. I called HMRC after and they told me they never phone or leave voicemails about these things - they only send letters. Definitely just a scam, I'm going to report that number to the cops. Beware everyone!
