I received a voicemail purporting to be from HMRC, claiming that a warrant for my arrest was imminent unless I pressed 'one' for further clarification. They threatened that if I chose not to engage, the warrant would be issued automatically, leading to my arrest. It felt rather ominous and quite frankly, a bit far-fetched!
