I received a pre-recorded message today stating that I had an unpaid tax invoice and that I was about to be taken into custody. The number that called me was 0300 200 2910. Quite concerning, to say the least!

I received a rather alarming call from someone claiming there was a warrant for my arrest due to an outstanding tax bill of £950. However, when I mentioned that my employer was right there with me and could vouch for the fact that all my taxes were settled, the caller abruptly ended the conversation. The number they were using was 03002002910. Quite dubious, if you ask me!

I just received a rather alarming automated message claiming to be from HMRC, warning me that the police were on their way to arrest me. What a shocking way to start the day!
